Virtual Presentation
Duration: The virtual presentation will be 10 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
Platform: Virtual presentations will be hosted via Zoom.
Pre-Session: Presenters should test their audio, video, and presentation files before the event using the Zoom Test Platform to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
Log-in Time: Virtual presenters must log into Zoom at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session to ensure everything is set up in time.
Documents: If needed, virtual presenters should share their presentation slides or documents in advance to ensure attendees can view them during the session.
