  • Duration: The maximum duration of an oral presentation is 10 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
  • Representation: An author or co-author must present the paper.
  • Equipment: Presentations should be delivered through your personal laptop or any device available in the event hall. We recommend using Windows OS and MS PowerPoint for compatibility.

Virtual Presentation
  • Duration: The virtual presentation will be 10 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
  • Platform: Virtual presentations will be hosted via Zoom.
  • Pre-Session: Presenters should test their audio, video, and presentation files before the event using the Zoom Test Platform to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
  • Log-in Time: Virtual presenters must log into Zoom at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session to ensure everything is set up in time.
  • Documents: If needed, virtual presenters should share their presentation slides or documents in advance to ensure attendees can view them during the session.
